She has dedicated herself to understanding the intricacies of IBS and its impact on individuals' lives to allow her to effectively assist IBS sufferers with taking control of their gut health and finding relief from IBS symptoms.
Cheyenne also has a special interest in the use of plant based nutrition to prevent or manage chronic lifestyle diseases whilst simultaneously looking out for the welfare of the planet.
She enjoys helping others take steps towards a more animal free diet while eating in a way that supports optimal health and wellbeing. Cheyenne acknowledges that this may look different for everyone and that what works for one person, may not work for another. When working with clients, she uses a holistic approach, considering not only your dietary preferences but also your individual health needs, lifestyle, and goals.
