Cheyenne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Stellenbosch University, followed by an Honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cape Town (UCT). With a strong foundation in both science and nutrition, Cheyenne is committed to empowering her clients through personalized, evidence-based dietary and lifestyle interventions that foster overall well-being.

Her professional experience in several mental health clinics in Cape Town sparked a deep interest in gut health and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Living with IBS can often feel isolating and overwhelming, but Cheyenne’s mission is to change that. She takes a compassionate and practical approach, tailoring strategies to each individual’s unique needs, with the goal of improving symptom management and enhancing quality of life. 

In addition to IBS, Cheyenne can assist with the management of a wide range of health concerns. She collaborates with you to integrate healthy habits into your life in a way that is both sustainable and enjoyable. 

Cheyenne's Qualifications Include:

  • BSc Molecular Biology & Biotechnology (SU) Cum Laude with majors in Biochemistry and Microbiology
