A registered dietitian with a special interest in IBS management.

— About Cheyenne

Cheyenne provides practical, evidence-based nutrition support for adults, tailored to individual needs and focused on long-term health and wellbeing

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Stellenbosch University, followed by an Honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cape Town (UCT). Her training is grounded in science, with a strong emphasis on translating evidence into realistic, personalized care.

Cheyenne’s professional experience spans a range of clinical settings. Working across different environments — including a community service year in rural KwaZulu-Natal with limited resources — shaped her practical, adaptable approach to nutrition care and reinforced the importance of meeting clients where they are.

Her work in mental health clinic settings sparked a particular interest in gut health and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), an area where no two experiences are the same. Cheyenne takes a gentle, collaborative approach, tailoring strategies to each individual’s needs rather than relying on rigid plans or unnecessary restriction. She enjoys helping clients piece together the puzzle of IBS management, with the aim of improving quality of life and rebuilding a more confident, balanced relationship with food.

In addition to IBS support, Cheyenne works with a wide range of health concerns. She works with clients to integrate healthy habits in a way that feels sustainable, flexible, and supportive of real life.
